PLAINFIELD, IND.—Gilchrist & Soames recently introduced its new Essentiel Elements Spa Treatment Collection. Featuring a fragrance blend of rosemary and mint, all Essentiel Elements products are formulated with 95 to 97 percent natural origin ingredients and are paraben free and phthalate free. The products are also free of mineral oils and artificial colors, packaged in readily-recyclable tubes, feature fully biodegradable formulations, and have never been tested on animals.
The five Essentiel Elements liquid products—Shampoo, Conditioner, Conditioning Shampoo, Body Wash and Body Lotion—are available in a 1 fl. oz. (30 ml) size. Mallow extract and panthenol leave hair shiny and soft while nourishing Vitamin E, coconut oil and Shea butter nurture the skin. The collection also features a gentle, vegetable-based, triple-milled skincare bar. The 1 oz. (28g) soap is low-weight to reduce waste.
The Gilchrist & Soames Essentiel Elements Spa Treatment Collection contains no petrol-derived ingredients, mineral oil, urea, DEA, TEA or propylene glycol. It does feature food-grade, naturally derived USP glycerin and natural conditioning agents from honey and the Brassica plant instead of petrochemicals.
