Advance Registration Now Open for IHMRS & BDNY 2012

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.—Advance registration is now open for the 97th annual International Hotel, Motel + Restaurant Show (IHMRS) and 3rd annual Boutique Design New York (BDNY). Taking place this November at New York City’s Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, IHMRS and BDNY will collectively present nearly 1,000 hospitality industry suppliers and attract some 30,000 trade attendees. A discounted registration fee of $30 is available through October 5, 2012. After this date and on-site, the rate increases to $50. Registration for either show offers admission to both markets.

The $30 early registration rate is applicable for events taking place November 11 to 13. Registration for the November 10 Hospitality Leadership Forum is a separate fee of $139, which includes admission to the shows the following days. The 97th annual International Hotel, Motel + Restaurant Show will run Saturday, November 10, through Tuesday, November 13, 2012, at New York City’s Jacob K. Javits Convention Center. Following a full day of conference and networking activities on Saturday, November 10, the IHMRS will feature three full days of exhibits from Sunday, November 11, through Tuesday, November 13. The market will present nearly 700 exhibitors and attract some 25,000 industry professionals.

The 3rd annual Boutique Design New York (BDNY) will run Sunday, November 11 through Monday, November 12, presenting 250 interior product manufacturers and attracting more than 5,000 hospitality designers, architects and purchasing executives.

IHMRS is sponsored by the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA), the Hotel Association of New York City, Inc. (HANYC), and the New York State Hospitality & Tourism Association (NYSH&TA). BDNY is a joint venture of AH&LA, HANYC, NYSH&TA and ST Media Group International. Both shows are managed by GLM.
