HITEC Selects Orange County Convention Center for 2010 Event

AUSTIN, TEXAS—Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP) announced that the 2010 Hospitality Industry Technology Exposition and Conference (HITEC) will be June 21 to 24 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla. HITEC, produced by HFTP, is the world’s largest hospitality technology exposition and conference. It offers a unique combination of top-notch hospitality technology sessions led by industry peers and experts, and an unparalleled trade show showcasing the latest hospitality technology products and services.

“Orlando has always been a popular HITEC location for attendees and vendors, with some of the most attended HITEC’s held there,” said Frank Wolfe, CAE, CEO of HFTP. “We look forward to producing a very successful HITEC and offering the best education and trade show possible.”

The upcoming HITEC 2009 is scheduled for June 22 to 25 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, Calif. It includes an updated schedule, with extended exhibit hall hours and a new closing reception Thursday evening; the latest version of GUESTROOM 20X, a futuristic model hotel room; the Club Technology Pavilion, a central location in the exhibit hall for club-related technologies; and the FAVE Awards, which recognizes suppliers, products and solutions.
